1. Booking Policy
All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation. A booking will be considered confirmed only after receipt of the required advance payment and issuance of a confirmation email or voucher by Aartham Holidays.
2. Payment Terms
A minimum advance of 25%–50% of the total package cost is required at the time of booking. The remaining balance must be paid before the start of the tour. Failure to make full payment may result in cancellation of the booking.
3. Cancellation & Refund Policy
Cancellation requests must be made in writing or via email. The following charges will apply:
- 60 days before travel – 10% deduction
- 30–59 days before travel – 25% deduction
- 15–29 days before travel – 50% deduction
- 7–14 days before travel – 75% deduction
- Less than 7 days / No Show – 100% deduction
Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 15–30 working days after cancellation, subject to vendor and hotel policies.
4. Modifications & Rescheduling
Any modification to your booking (change of date, destination, or hotel) will be subject to availability and may attract additional charges. Aartham Holidays reserves the right to make minor itinerary changes due to weather, safety, or operational reasons.
5. Travel Documents & Insurance
Clients must carry valid travel documents such as passport, visa, and ID proof. Aartham Holidays will not be responsible for any issues arising due to invalid documents. We recommend that all travelers purchase suitable travel insurance before commencing the trip.
6. Liability & Responsibility
Aartham Holidays acts only as an agent for hotels, airlines, transport companies, and other service providers. We shall not be responsible for any loss, injury, delay, or damage arising due to acts or omissions of third parties, natural calamities, accidents, or circumstances beyond our control.
7. Client Conduct
Travelers are expected to behave respectfully toward guides, drivers, and fellow passengers. Any unlawful or disruptive behavior may result in termination of services without refund.
8. Force Majeure
We will not be liable for failure or delay in performing our obligations due to circumstances beyond our control, such as natural disasters, war, strikes, government restrictions, or pandemics.
9. Website Usage
All website content, images, and materials are owned by Aartham Holidays. Reproduction or misuse of any content is strictly prohibited. You agree not to use our website for any unlawful or harmful activities.
10. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in [Your City, India].
